Our recent concentive in Dublin was more than just a gathering of industry professionals; it was an immersive experience that blended work and play seamlessly. With 130 delegates in attendance, we aimed to create a memorable event that would leave a lasting impression.
Our venue, Carton House, was a perfect blend of luxury and functionality. The spacious conference room accommodated 130 delegates comfortably in a classroom-style setup, and we even had room for a seated lunch for 140, ensuring ample space for networking and discussions. The hotel staff were exceptional, anticipating our every need and ensuring the event ran smoothly.
Beyond the main sessions, we organised a series of breakout sessions hosted by sponsors and partners. These smaller, more intimate gatherings allowed delegates to delve deeper into specific topics and exchange knowledge with peers.
To keep our delegates energised throughout the day, we provided a variety of delicious food and beverages. From the morning coffee and pastries to the hearty lunches and evening receptions, every meal was a culinary delight. We were also mindful of dietary restrictions, ensuring that everyone was well-catered for.
A highlight of the event was the vibrant social programme. Each evening, we organised a unique event, from a relaxed welcome reception at Carton House Hotel to a lively traditional Irish night at Nancy Hand’s. These events provided opportunities for delegates to unwind, network, and immerse themselves in Irish culture. Watching delegates bond over pints of Guinness and step dances was a highlight.
Don’t think we forgot about those travelling with partners. On a sunny day, spouses enjoyed a Food and Fashion tour through Dublin’s vibrant city centre, a delightful and relaxing experience that allowed them to explore the culture and charm of the Irish capital.
The event culminated in a grand awards dinner at the iconic Guinness Storehouse. It was a night of celebration, with delicious food, world-class entertainment, and the presentation of well-deserved awards.
